The Curriculum

Curriculum must be designed keeping in mind a scientific understanding of how children learn and develop. It must open up children's mind to accept newer ideas, to shift focus from accumulation of knowledge to critical thinking. It must also take into account the varying needs of children at different stages of thier growth. Only then can children develop skills for a happy, healthy and successful life.

One of the objectives of education is to inculcate in children the appreciation of beauty and to help them develop a sense of aesthetics.

In primary classes, cumpulsory exposure is provided to art and craft, music, dance & dramatics. In middle school each student chooses one or two areas to develop expertise in and skilled guidance is provided on a regular basis.
